Amundi, NRC Capital and Azimut, an investment companies, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Alimac, a packaging solutions company, from Metrika, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In less than three years, Metrika transformed Alimac from a niche artisan business into a leading industrial player, with outstanding financial and operational performance and a highly professional management team. This transaction is a decisive step toward building an integrated, global industrial platform.
