Vesper-backed TAO Digital completed the acquisition of DigitalSoftMinds.

Vesper-backed TAO Digital, a provider of outcome-driven technology services and solutions, completed the acquisition of DigitalSoftMinds, a Prague-based product engineering firm specializing in end-to-end hardware and software development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
