Descartes, a provider of logistics and supply chain management solutions, completed the acquisition of Finale Inventory, an ecommerce inventory management software company, for $55m. “Finale expands the depth of our ecommerce solution suite by addressing a critical inflection point for growing ecommerce sellers. As inventory complexity and risk of overselling increase, Finale provides the control and visibility merchants need to grow with confidence," Mikel Richardson, Descartes General Manager.
