Tikehau Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Horizon Ag-Products, a producer of plant health solutions from BioSystems, a US-based company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing high-performance organic fertilizers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
