Greykite, an independent European real estate investment firm, and JV20, an independent investment and advisory firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in TP Network (Nection), an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) platform operating safe and secure truck parking areas (SSTPAs), from Parking Exit 3 AP7 and TIIC 2 Concesiones for c. €89 m. “Partnering with GREYKITE on this transaction reflects our shared vision for investing in high-potential real estate platforms with strong fundamentals.
