Czechoslovak Group completed the investment in Alzchem Group.

Czechoslovak Group, an industrial holding company headquartered in the Czech Republic, completed the investment in Alzchem Group, a German company specializing in agricultural, animal nutrition, human nutrition, and pharmaceuticals. Financial terms were not disclosed. Alzchem is pleased about the expansion of its investor base and welcomes CSG as a new, significant shareholder. The company’s strategy and operational focus remain unaffected by the change in ownership structure. The company will continue its dialogue with all shareholders as usual.
