IK Partrners-backed Defibrion completed the acquisition of Ecosafety.

IK Partners-backed Defibrion, a Netherlands-based distributor of AEDs and emergency response equipment, completed the acquisition of Ecosafety, a Dutch fire safety equipment distributor based in Barendrecht. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Ecosafety marks an exciting step forward for Defibrion as we expand our footprint in the emergency response space.
