Zebra Technologies completed the acquisition of Elo for $1.3bn.

Zebra Technologies, an American mobile computing company specializing in digitizing and automating frontline workflows, completed the acquisition of Elo, a supplier of touchscreen solutions, for $1.3bn. “The combination of Zebra and Elo is attractive for enterprise customers who are accelerating their efforts to digitize and automate their workflows to create in-person experiences as smart and connected as the online world.
