Alpha Bank completed the acquisition of FlexFin.

Alpha Bank, a Greek-based private banking company specialising in a wide range of banking services, completed the acquisition of FlexFin, a pioneering financing company that specialises in factoring services, including invoice financing and receivables management. Financial terms were not disclosed. Alpha Bank intends to merge its Greek factoring operations undertaken by ABC FACTORS and Flexfin, both fully controlled subsidiaries of Alpha Holding, under one corporate entity, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and consents.
