Castik-backed Aider completed the acquisition of MDDP Outsourcing from MDDP.

Castik-backed Aider, an advisory and accounting firm, completed the acquisition of MDDP Outsourcing, a company that provides outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, human-resources (HR), and financial services to companies, from MDDP, an independent Polish advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This marks a new milestone in our international expansion and allows us to serve an entirely new customer segment. When this opportunity arose, we jumped at it. We just had to get going, and now Aider has a significant presence in Poland, which is a rapidly growing market,” Andreas Vik, Aider CEO.
