Argosy Healthcare completed the acquisition of O.R. Staffing Solutions.

Argosy Healthcare, a healthcare platform company backed by Argosy Private Equity, completed the acquisition of O.R. Staffing Solutions, a healthcare staffing provider focused on perioperative nurse and technician placement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
