ECIT to acquire 97.8% stake in TietoAkseli.

ECIT, a provider of accounting, HR, consulting, business solutions and flexible IT services, agreed to acquire 97.8% stake in TietoAkseli, a company which provides Payroll, Financial management, HR services, taxation & financial administration services.
