Ichikoh Industries and TACO to acquire VLS from Valeo India Private.

Ichikoh Industries, a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer, and TACO, an automotive components provider that designs, agreed to acquire VLS, an automotive lighting systems provider, from Valeo India Private, a technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
