Atlas-SSI completed the acquisition of WTR Engineering.

Atlas-SSI, a provider of water management solutions, completed the acquisition of WTR Engineering, a supplier of screening and condenser protection equipment for the power generation, petrochemical, and water industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
