Schroders Greencoat, a specialist energy transition manager, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in a 395MW US solar portfolio from JERA Nex, a renewable energy developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be partnering with JERA Nex on these assets and are very much looking forward to a successful global partnership on future opportunities.
