PwC, a global professional services firm, completed the acquisition of Kunai, a US-based software consultancy specializing in AI, cloud, and fintech product development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining PwC provides us with a platform to expand our reach, deepen our offerings, and accelerate innovation for clients in the financial services space,” Sandeep Sood, Kunai CEO.
