La Caisse, General Atlantic, and HgCapital-backed Howden, a UK-based company that provides a range of specialist insurance solutions, completed the acquisition of Money Plus, an independent financial planning and investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By being part of Howden, with its extensive network across Ireland and its global network and expertise, we are positioned to provide greater value to our clients through enhanced solutions and capabilities, and giving our people more opportunities to grow as part of a wider group," Eamonn Kielty, Money Plus Managing Director.
