Synopsis

Manulife Investment Management-backed GCI, a telecommunications corporation, and Tele2, a Swedish telecom operator, agreed to form a joint venture and create a pan-Baltic tower company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are proud to partner with Tele2 and support the future growth of digital connectivity in the Baltics. With a long-term perspective and commitment to investment, we see strong potential to develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable infrastructure," Tim Culver, GCI CEO.
