Trella Health, a provider of market intelligence and integrated customer relationship management solutions for post-acute care, HME, and Infusion organizations, completed the acquisition of Repisodic, a hospital discharge automation platform enabling intelligent, patient-centered care transitions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Health systems are under growing pressure to lower inpatient length of stay, improve discharge adherence, and reduce readmissions — all while managing complex patient needs and shrinking margins.
