Bloom Equity Partners-backed GRC Solutions completed the acquisition of the DTC business unit of British Standards Institution.

Bloom Equity Partners-backed GRC Solutions, a provider of compliance eLearning solutions in the Asia Pacific region, completed the acquisition of the DTC business unit of British Standards Institution, the national standards body of the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The DTC acquisition allows GRC Solutions to truly elevate its offerings, creating a more comprehensive platform that can proactively address the evolving cybersecurity and compliance landscape for our global client base," said Jeff Hsiang, Bloom Equity Partners Partner.
