Iron Oak Energy completed the acquisition of Northern White assets from HC Minerals.

Iron Oak Energy, a diversified proppant provider, completed the acquisition of Northern White assets from HC Minerals, an owner and operator of northern white sand mines. Financial terms were not disclosed.
