Liberta, a multi-family holding company, completed the acquisition of an IT infrastructure business of Konica Minolta, a technology company with multiple business lines, and formed KOMI Group, an IT service provider with focus on medium-sized enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The carve-out of the KOMI Group from Konica Minolta is a prime example of our strength in corporate carve-outs. Together with the team, we have created a new corporate structure in a short period of time that is focused, high-performing, and forward-looking.
