EIG completed the acquisition of a 49.87% stake in Transportadora de Gas del Peru from CPP Investments.

EIG, a provider of institutional capital to the energy sector globally, completed the acquisition of a 49.87% stake in Transportadora de Gas del Peru, an operator of natural gas and natural gas liquids pipelines, from CPP Investments, a global investment management organization. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to complete this transaction and embark on the next chapter of our partnership with TgP.
