Synopsis
CVC DIF, a global mid-market infrastructure equity fund manager, agreed to acquire ASTP, a national network of reliable transportation providers that focuses on providing safe, reliable student transportation programs to ensure access to education, from Access Holdings, Baltimore-based, lower middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The partnership with ASTP and the management team represents CVC DIF’s commitment to investing in infrastructure that is essential to the communities that they serve. We recognize the importance of safe, reliable and sustainable school transportation in shaping strong educational outcomes, and value the opportunity to partner with the experienced team at ASTP.
