Wavecrest and Abry Partners-backed Pole Star Global, a maritime intelligence solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Clearwater Dynamics, a UK-based innovator in real-time maritime risk intelligence. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a natural extension of our vision.
