Nefab completed the acquisition of Farusa Emballage.

Nefab, a provider of sustainable packaging and logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of Farusa Emballage, a Danish packaging manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, we are solidifying Nefab’s position in the Nordic market and enhancing our ability to provide fiber-based solutions to industry customers. The expansion of our market reach and portfolio of sustainable offerings will enable us to deliver even greater value to our customers," Per Öhagen, Nefab Group President and CEO.
