One Equity Partners-backed Yorktel to merge with Kinly from Avedon Capital Partners.

One Equity Partners-backed Yorktel, a global systems integrator and managed services provider, agreed to merge with Kinly, a global AV and UCC integration firm, from Avedon Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
