Ecolab to acquire electronics division from Ovivo for $1.8bn

Ecolab, a global provider of water treatment, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, agreed to acquire electronics division from Ovivo, a provider of water and wastewater treatment equipment, technology and systems, for $1.8bn.
