Summit Fire & Security to acquire Performance Systems Integration from The Riverside Company.

Summit Fire & Security, a fire and life safety services firm, agreed to acquire Performance Systems Integration, a regional provider of fire and life safety services in the Pacific Northwest, from The Riverside Company, a global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is been an honor for PSI to serve our customers for over 23 years.
