Wilmington completed the acquisition of Professional Group Conversia for €122m.

Wilmington, a provider of data, information, education and training services, completed the acquisition of Professional Group Conversia, a regulatory technology software business, from ARRAIGO, an alternative investment fund manager, for €122m. "The acquisition is a further execution of the group’s strategy to expand its positions in the GRC markets, and grow its quality of revenues and profits, both organically and through acquisitions, by investing in its business and actively managing its portfolio of brands. It also expands Wilmington’s position in a new sector, data privacy," Wilmington.
