Champlain Seafood completed the acquisition of BA Richard.

Champlain Seafood, a processor of snow crab and lobster, completed the acquisition of BA Richard, a New Brunswick–based seafood processor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are honored to welcome BA Richard into the Champlain Seafood family. As one of the last remaining independent lobster processors known for exceptional quality, BA Richard represents a valuable addition to our platform. The facility will continue operations at its current location and will be fully integrated into our group.
