Anzu Partners to acquire EnvisionTec from Desktop Metal.

Anzu Partners, an investment firm specializing in industrial, cleantech, and life sciences technologies, agreed to acquire EnvisionTec, a company specializing in high-precision 3D printing systems and polymer resins. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We recognize the strength of EnvisionTec’s customer and supplier relationships. Our priority is to ensure stability, honor existing commitments, and continue building trusted partnerships as we move forward together,” Whitney Haring-Smith, Anzu Managing Partner.
