Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Alliance Technical Group completed the acquisition of Global Analyzer Systems.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Alliance Technical Group, a provider of environmental testing and compliance services, completed the acquisition of Global Analyzer Systems, a Calgary-based emissions monitoring firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Global Analyzer Systems brings a culture of innovation and technical excellence that fits perfectly with Alliance’s long-term vision.
