Meliva, a private healthcare company, completed the acquisition of Katriito, a mental health service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Katriito's joining is an important step towards an even more comprehensive health service. The growing mental health challenges of society require that the corresponding services be an integral part of healthcare.
