Infosys to acquire a 75% stake in Versent from Telstra for $153m.

Infosys, an IT consulting and software services provider, agreed to acquire a 75% stake in Versent, a digital transformation solutions provider, from Telstra, an Australian telecommunications company, for $153m. "Our collaboration with Infosys reflects our confidence in the value we can unlock together. Their global scale, deep industry knowledge, and culture of innovation and service excellence will be instrumental in accelerating Versent Group's growth and impact across the region," Vicki Brady, Telstra CEO.
