Blackrock and DGP to form a joint venture.

Blackrock, an American global investment management corporation, and DGP, a private equity firm, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. BlackRock established a Luxembourg joint venture with Digital Gravity Partners (DGP) to invest in metro colocation data center facilities across the UK and Europe. BlackRock holds a majority stake in the platform, while DGP retains a minority interest and has been appointed to provide asset and development management services under a separate agreement.
