KKR and Ocean Yield to acquire CapeOmega from Partners Group.

KKR, an investment firm, and Ocean Yield, a ship owning company, agreed to acquire CapeOmega, a low carbon maritime platform, from Partners Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to co-invest with KKR in this transaction, which provides attractive exposure to modern LNG carriers, all employed on long-term charters to investment grade-rated counterparties,” Andreas Røde, Ocean Yield CEO.
