Nobina completed the acquisition of Oslobuss.

Nobina, a public transport operator in the Nordic region, completed the acquisition of Oslobuss, a Norwegian transportation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Oslobuss, we are taking the next step on our growth journey within commercial traffic in the Nordics. We are given new conditions for growth, and by pooling expertise, size and technology, we can continue to develop the quality, the market and our business in Norway," Henrik Dagnäs, Nobina CEO.
