IDG Capital to acquire a majority stake in LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW from Valedo Partners.

IDG Capital, an investment and asset management firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW, a Danish licorice company, from Valedo Partners, a growth-oriented active owner investing in small and mid-size companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With IDG as a new majority owner, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is one step closer to making the world love liquorice. Valedo has been a solid partner in creating a strong position in northern Europe. Now an exciting international growth journey will be fueled further.
