Handverksgruppen completed the acquisition of Hülsbusch.

Handverksgruppen Group, a Nordic specialist in building services and surface treatment, completed the acquisition of Hülsbusch, a German painting and surface treatment company based in Münster. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Hülsbusch, we are now also represented in North Rhine-Westphalia. The company brings decades of experience, impresses with its outstanding technical expertise, and offers a broad range of services – from traditional painting and wallpapering to flooring installation, concrete restoration, and facade design. It is therefore an excellent fit for our group," Øyvind Emblem, Håndverksgruppen CEO.
