Insight Partners and Liberty Hall Capital-backed Comply365, a provider of operational content, safety and training management solutions, agreed to acquire Beams, an AI company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As an AI-first company, we are embedding AI at the core of our unified platform, enabling significantly smarter and safer operations alongside faster innovation.
