Willow Creek Partners-backed The One 23 Group, a mission-driven federal technology and cybersecurity solutions provider, completed the acquisition of ICS, a provider of mission IT and cybersecurity services to US federal agencies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is the right time, and The One 23 Group is the right company to lead ICS into the next phase of its journey.
