Korea Zinc-backed PedalPoint, a precious metals, e-waste, and battery recycling value chain company, agreed to merge with MDSi, an IT solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PedalPoint is a proven force in e-waste processing and circular infrastructure. They expand our reach and capabilities, while we bring deep client relationships and decades of expertise in IT sourcing, integration, and asset recovery.
