Amphenol completed the acquisition of Trexon from Audax for $1bn.

Amphenol, a supplier of advanced interconnect systems, completed the acquisition of Trexon, a provider of high-reliability interconnect and cable assemblies, from Audax, a private equity firm, for $1bn. “We are excited to welcome the entire Trexon team to the Amphenol family.
