Pursuit Aerospace completed the acquisition of Aeromet International from Privet Capital.

Pursuit Aerospace, a manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, completed the acquisition of Aeromet International, a supplier of aluminum and magnesium castings to the global aerospace & defense industries, from Privet Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in casting and forging capabilities that allow us to bring great value to our customers. Aeromet’s deep technical expertise in complex, light alloy casting design and manufacturing is a valuable addition to our robust existing capability set,” Doug Folsom, Pursuit Aerospace CEO.
