California American Water completed the acquisition of Bass Lake Water Company.

California American Water, a water and wastewater utility company, completed the acquisition of Bass Lake Water Company, a water utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We're thrilled to begin providing Bass Lake customers with high-quality water service.
