Apax Partners-backed S&W Partners Group completed the acquisition of Beechwood Partners.

Apax Partners-backed S&W Partners Group, a UK accounting and advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Beechwood Partners, an independent firm of chartered accountants and tax advisors acting for private clients.
