Charlesbank Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Gauge Capital-backed CENTEGIX, a provider of innovative workplace safety solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe CENTEGIX is well-positioned to capture a substantial market opportunity, sitting at the intersection of scalable technology, clear market need and measurable customer impact,” Ryan Carroll, Charlesbank Managing Director.
