JHBDMB completed the acquisiton of BWFS Industries.

JHBDMB, an employee stock ownership plan owned company, completed the acquisiton of BWFS Industries, a designer and fabricator of custom heavy wall stainless and carbon steel pressure vessels, compressor pulsation bottles, and scrubbers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction would not have happened without the support of each of our employees.
