Guess? rolling shareholders and Authentic Brands Group completed the acquisition of Guess? for $1.4bn.

Guess? rolling shareholders, including Maurice Marciano, Paul Marciano, Nicolai Marciano, and Carlos Alberini, and Authentic Brands Group, a global brand development, marketing and entertainment platform, completed the acquisition of Guess?, an American clothing company, for $1.4bn. “I’m incredibly proud of the iconic fashion brand we’ve built over the last 45 years.
